Living Well Outdoors LLC
A data cleanup pilot for campground owners and operators, starting in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota.
Campground information is scattered and inconsistent. Your website says one thing. A directory says another. Your reservation system says a third. Site details — length, hookups, shade, slide-out room — live in your head, on a paper map, or in a spreadsheet only you understand.
So guests call to ask questions the information should have answered. Or they book a site that doesn't fit their rig, and you deal with it on arrival.
That's not a booking problem. It's a data problem — and it's the one we work on.
A one-time cleanup and standardization of your campground and campsite information, done with you and delivered back to you in a format you can actually use. You are not buying a listing or advertising, and you do not give up control of your information.
This is a pilot. We are testing whether this cleanup is valuable enough for operators to pay for — and we'd rather prove that honestly than sell you a platform you don't need.
You receive all four:
Clean campground profile — one standardized profile: contact info, season dates, site count, policies, amenities, check-in/out, reservation link.
Standardized site database — one row per site, the same fields for every site: number, type, length, width, surface, hookups, amperage, water, sewer, shade, and the rest.
Missing-data report — what was missing, unclear, or conflicting in your current information, so you can see the gaps and decide what to fix.
Web-ready export — the same cleaned information in a copy-ready format for your website, reservation system, or handouts — so your listings can agree everywhere.
How it runs: 1) a 15-minute intro call — no pitch if there's no problem · 2) you send what you have, in whatever form it exists · 3) we standardize and flag gaps — we never invent a site detail · 4) you review and correct the draft — your approval is the verification step · 5) final delivery, yours to use wherever you choose.
See exactly what's involved: the intake worksheet.
Every pilot starts with one worksheet — and we pre-fill it from your public listings before you ever see it. Your job is just to correct it: mark each line Correct, Wrong (with the fix), or Don't know. "Don't know" is a fine answer — it goes on your missing-data report. About 30 minutes of your time, and a reservation-system export can replace most of it.
$495 flat per campground
For properties up to 100 sites (larger properties quoted individually). No per-site fees, no hourly billing. Half due to start, half on final delivery.
Our commitments: if we don't deliver the four deliverables described above, amounts paid are refunded. And for 30 days after final delivery, flag any field you believe is wrong and we correct it at no charge.
What this is not: we are not promising bookings, traffic, or revenue, and you shouldn't buy it for that reason. The pilot delivers organized, verified information. Whether that helps bookings is one of the things a pilot is meant to learn — with real evidence, not a sales claim.
Your information is used only to produce your deliverables. It will not be published, sold, or shared with anyone without your written approval. If we ever propose any other use, that is a separate decision and a separate agreement.
A 15-minute call. No commitment. We ask how you handle site information today, and you decide whether a cleanup is worth testing.
